噴霧干燥機廢氣處理如下:
1.石灰漿制備系統  

  石灰漿(jiang)制備系統主要由石灰儲料倉、倉頂除塵器(qi)(qi)、流化裝置、石灰給(gei)料機、計量器(qi)(qi)、配漿(jiang)槽、供漿(jiang)槽等組(zu)成(cheng)。  
  石(shi)灰(200目,80%含量)從廠(chang)外槽(cao)(cao)(cao)車運來,儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)不(bu)設(she)(she)(she)卸料(liao)(liao)裝置,由(you)(you)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)車直接通過氣(qi)力輸送至石(shi)灰儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang),儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)保證(zheng)三套系(xi)統(tong)3天的(de)用量,儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)容積為65m3;儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)內設(she)(she)(she)有(you)導波雷(lei)達料(liao)(liao)位計(ji),可監測儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)的(de)料(liao)(liao)位情況;儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)的(de)倉(cang)(cang)頂設(she)(she)(she)有(you)式(shi)除塵器,可收集粉塵;儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)灰斗壁(bi)設(she)(she)(she)有(you)流化(hua)(hua)板,通過壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)進(jin)入流化(hua)(hua)板產生粉塵流化(hua)(hua)態,以防止粉塵搭(da)橋;石(shi)灰粉通過給料(liao)(liao)機、計(ji)量器(可調(diao)速,調(diao)整CaO的(de)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)量)送入配(pei)漿(jiang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao),在配(pei)漿(jiang)池中加水攪(jiao)拌配(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)石(shi)灰乳液;濃度(du)為10~15%(含固率)漿(jiang)液溢流到(dao)供(gong)漿(jiang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)。供(gong)漿(jiang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)中的(de)漿(jiang)液由(you)(you)石(shi)灰漿(jiang)計(ji)量泵送到(dao)反(fan)應塔的(de)噴(pen)漿(jiang)系(xi)統(tong),供(gong)漿(jiang)液量由(you)(you)進(jin)引風機前的(de)SO2監測濃度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)。  
  2.石灰漿噴入系統  
  石灰漿(jiang)噴入系統(tong)主要由計量、噴嘴、壓縮空(kong)氣及管道閥門等組成。  
  高溫尾氣進入反應塔后,利用雙流體霧化噴咀在反應塔內增濕霧化,調整尾氣溫度,同時對尾氣增濕,使石灰霧滴與酸性氣體充分接觸反應。噴入的液滴在瞬間蒸發,煙氣降至反應溫度。同時液滴與粉塵碰撞,當實驗室噴霧干燥機外表面水份蒸發后,表面出現顯著固態物質,干燥速率下降,液滴溫度逐漸升高并接近煙氣溫度,水分蒸發殆盡,形成固態顆粒而從煙氣中分離。  
  3.活性碳噴入系統  
  為了更有效地去(qu)除重(zhong)金屬及二惡(e)英,在反(fan)應(ying)塔出口煙道設置(zhi)活(huo)性碳(tan)噴入口,系(xi)統由(you)活(huo)性碳(tan)加(jia)料(liao)裝置(zhi)與可調給料(liao)機組成,并通過可調給料(liao)機實現對噴入量的控(kong)制,將(jiang)活(huo)性碳(tan)噴入反(fan)應(ying)塔前的行氣管道內,吸附尾氣內的二惡(e)英及重(zhong)金屬等有毒危險(xian)物,保證二惡(e)英及重(zhong)金屬的排放濃度達到(dao)排放標準。  
  4.脫酸系統  
  脫配系統主要由反應塔(ta)(ta)、塔(ta)(ta)底排灰(hui)機、石灰(hui)干粉(fen)噴入裝置等組成(cheng)。  
  焚燒爐出口(kou)含(han)酸性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)(de)尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進入反應(ying)塔(ta)(ta)進行(xing)脫酸處理(li)。在(zai)反應(ying)塔(ta)(ta)中(zhong)由計量輸入脫酸用石灰(hui)漿液,通過固定噴頭在(zai)壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)噴吹(chui)下,石灰(hui)漿液霧化粒徑150~200μm左右的(de)(de)(de)霧滴,并同(tong)時(shi)與酸性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體充分接觸,在(zai)發(fa)行(xing)化學反應(ying)后(hou)去除(chu)煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)絕大多數的(de)(de)(de)酸性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體。在(zai)反應(ying)塔(ta)(ta)內,反應(ying)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)及反應(ying)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)霧滴呈(cheng)下降氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)沉(chen)降,在(zai)反應(ying)過程中(zhong),霧滴吸(xi)收煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量不斷蒸發(fa)水(shui)分,得以在(zai)煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)排(pai)出反應(ying)塔(ta)(ta)前煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)所含(han)水(shui)份充分蒸發(fa),反應(ying)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)排(pai)出灰(hui)渣(zha)為干燥的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵。  
  石灰干粉噴入裝置  
  為避免焚燒爐(lu)在開爐(lu)、停爐(lu)或運行中不正常的工(gong)況(kuang)下排煙溫度過低引起的除(chu)塵器布(bu)袋(dai)結露(lu)的出現,設(she)有Ca(OH)2干(gan)粉(fen)噴(pen)入系統,在通過進反(fan)應塔前的尾氣管道內噴(pen)入Ca(OH)2干(gan)粉(fen),達到輔助脫酸(suan)的作用(yong)。  
  5.回風系統(tong)  
  采用循環(huan)風(feng)機將已凈化的尾氣回通(tong)過環(huan)壁噴(pen)射裝置噴(pen)入反應塔(ta)(ta),使其在塔(ta)(ta)壁表面形成一層(ceng)空氣幕保護塔(ta)(ta)身,以防濕(shi)壁。 
  6.粉(fen)塵(chen)收集系統  
  粉塵收集(ji)系統主要由(you)袋式除塵器、風機(ji)等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng)。  
  袋式(shi)除塵器主要(yao)用來收(shou)集反應(ying)(ying)后(hou)尾(wei)(wei)氣(qi)中的(de)(de)固體顆(ke)(ke)粒,從反應(ying)(ying)塔出(chu)來夾(jia)帶(dai)有飛灰(hui)、石(shi)灰(hui)等顆(ke)(ke)粒的(de)(de)尾(wei)(wei)氣(qi)進入袋式(shi)除塵器內。由于部分(fen)未反應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)石(shi)灰(hui)顆(ke)(ke)粒吸(xi)附在濾(lv)袋表(biao)面相當(dang)于固定床反應(ying)(ying)器,尾(wei)(wei)氣(qi)中的(de)(de)酸性氣(qi)體在濾(lv)袋表(biao)面完成最后(hou)一(yi)次脫酸反應(ying)(ying)后(hou)排空。  
  7.廢渣排出(chu)系統  
  廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha)系統主要由廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha)庫、庫頂(ding)除塵器、輸送設備、倉泵、卸灰機等組(zu)成(cheng)。  
  反(fan)應塔底(di)部排出的(de)(de)粉塵、袋(dai)式除塵器收集下來(lai)的(de)(de)粉塵通過(guo)倉泵(beng)輸送(song)到(dao)廢渣(zha)庫中,輸送(song)能(neng)力按實際(ji)灰量(liang)的(de)(de)150%設計(ji),廢渣(zha)庫容積150m3,按2天貯存(cun)量(liang)設計(ji)。  
  8.控制系統  
  尾(wei)氣(qi)脫酸(suan)裝置(zhi)(zhi)的自(zi)動監(jian)(jian)測(ce)與控(kong)制(zhi)采用計算(suan)器自(zi)動監(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統。能對尾(wei)氣(qi)處(chu)理裝置(zhi)(zhi)實行(xing)順(shun)序自(zi)動啟停(ting),運行(xing)參(can)數(shu)自(zi)動檢測(ce)和儲(chu)存(cun),關鍵參(can)數(shu)實行(xing)自(zi)動調節,使尾(wei)氣(qi)處(chu)理裝置(zhi)(zhi)實現(xian)自(zi)動化控(kong)制(zhi)。

小型噴霧干燥機清洗介紹如下:
 1.干洗:用(yong)刷子(zi)、吸塵器清(qing)掃(適(shi)用(yong)于小型噴霧(wu)干燥機(ji))。
 2.濕洗:用60~80℃的(de)熱水進(jin)行清(qing)洗。
 3.化學洗(xi)(xi):用堿(jian)液、酸(suan)液和(he)各種(zhong)洗(xi)(xi)滌劑清洗(xi)(xi)。其中,酸(suan)洗(xi)(xi):將(jiang)HNO3配(pei)成(cheng)1~2%濃度的(de)溶液,加熱(re)溫度不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)(guo)65℃進行洗(xi)(xi)滌,然(ran)后(hou)用水(shui)清洗(xi)(xi);堿(jian)洗(xi)(xi):將(jiang)NaOH配(pei)成(cheng)0.5~1%濃度的(de)溶液,加熱(re)溫度不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)(guo)65℃進行洗(xi)(xi)滌,然(ran)后(hou)用清水(shui)清洗(xi)(xi)。
4.當進(jin)行濕洗(xi)和化學洗(xi)滌(di)后,應將設(she)備和各部(bu)件安裝好,進(jin)行高溫消毒,時間15~30min。
 5.在小型噴霧干燥機清洗時,注意不能用氯及其化合物洗滌。空氣過濾器的清洗,應按周圍環境條件,即空氣含塵量的高低而定,一般含量高的3~6星期清洗一次,含塵量低的6~8星期清洗一次。其中的不銹鋼細絲,用堿洗法洗滌后,仍應均勻地敷設到空氣過濾器的框架內,并噴以輕質錠子油或真空泵油。在清洗時,如果噴霧干燥機廠家生產的是玻璃干燥塔請注意避免碰撞。
